In return, BelAir Networks channel partners agree to bring specific elements of their expertise to the relationship, including:
- Actively promoting the sales of BelAir Networks equipment and services in their territory or market segment
- Attaining certification in BelAir Networks sales, installation and support training for personnel
- Ensuring at least one BelAir certified technical support contact is available for customer enquiries at all times
- Providing all first level support for customers
- Providing customers with information about BelAir products
